Pre-registration for this event closes at 12:00 noon on Friday, September 30th.  We welcome you to register on-site Tuesday morning, October 4th beginning at 8:00 a.m.
 
Registration Details
Fee includes registration, handouts, continental breakfast, refreshments and lunch for both days.
  • $70 Registration Fee until September 20.
  • $75 Registration Fee after September 20 or on-site.

To avoid long registration lines at the conference, complete your registration online by September 28. If you have not registered by September 28, you will need to register on-site at the conference.

Cancellation/Substitutions
If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Requests for cancellation must be received by September 23, 2011. Substitutions (from the same organization/company) may be made at any time. However, we request notification prior to the conference for preparation of registration materials.
