KNIFE SKILLS 2 - Basic Butchery

Feb. 12th at 3 pm
In this 2 1/2 hour hands-on class we will guide you as you cut up a whole, round fish and a chicken. We will also discuss butchery cuts, how to butterfly, filet, carve and how to french a rack of lamb.
Class will include light appetizers and beverages.
We ask everyone to please bring an apron and a sharp boning or chef’s knife.
All of our classes include printed recipes, light appetizers and beverages. We ask you bring your own apron. Street parking is readily available and we kindly request you arrive on time.
