Participants must bring their own laptop computer and have basic computing skills. Please bring a notebook and writing utensil for note taking.
Interlochen College of Creative Arts offers a
variety of education programs in the arts for adults 18 years or older.
Participant must turn 18 years of age on or before the first day of the
desired education program. Enrollment is limited to 12 participants
who will be registered on a first-come, first served basis.
tuition payment is required to be submitted with the completed
registration. Registration confirmation will be sent via email once
registration and payment have been received and processed. Please
complete one registration per participant per program enrolled. Tuition
fees do not include housing and meals. Please contact the
Interlochen Stone Student Center for campus housing rates, reservation
information, airport transportation rates and cafeteria meal plan
options at 231.276.7570. Inform the hotel reservation agent which adult
education program you are a participant in to request your group rate
Cancellations by the participant made in writing three weeks (21 days) prior to the start of the event are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No tuition refunds will be given for any cancellation requests received after the cancellation deadline. A full tuition refund will be issued if the event is canceled.
Release of Liability
Registration to participate in this Interlochen Center for the Arts adult education program constitutes a contract. In consideration for participation in the program(s), participant agrees to assume all risk of personal injury, loss or damage to property. The management may revoke the privilege to participate in this adult education program for misconduct or nuisance caused by participant. The participant also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Interlochen College of Creative Arts, Interlochen Center for the Arts and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, actions, injuries or damages which may be sustained or caused by participant in connection with these activities. By participating in this educational program, participant gives consent to Interlochen Center for the Arts for full and unrestricted use of his or her image and photographic likeness and voice in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes without compensation to participant. All film or digital files created are the sole property of the Interlochen Center for the Arts and may not be used without written consent.
This release is for Interlochen use only and does not grant permission for program participants to use photographs or recorded media of other participants, Interlochen Center for the Arts' events, employees or campus property, whether for semi-public/public consumption or personal gain. Participants are responsible for their comments and information posted to the World Wide Web, as provided by law.
Interlochen College of Creative Arts does not provide personally identifying information to third parties without consent. A program participant contact list will be created and electronically distributed to participants who elect to share their contact information (name, city, state, phone number and email address) following the conclusion of the program. If participant would like his or her contact information to be included on the program participant contact list, initial where indicated below. Participant authorize the release of above stated contact information to be included and electronically distributed in a post-event participant contact list.
