Expand your fitness toolkit with this new, fun and innovative approach to moving efficiently that will accelerate your current training.


Techniques apply to daily training, both indoors and outdoors, warmup/warm down, WODs, extreme obstacle preparation, such as Tough Mudder, and we scale and regress/progress for injured athletes, varied athletic abilities and all ages.


About Us

MovNat Ohio is the first Affiliate MovNat gym in the world. MovNat Level 2 certified trainer Lori Crock, located in Dublin, Ohio (Columbus area) will co-instruct with Mike Lyons. Lori worked with the MovNat founder, Erwan Le Corre, of MovNat LLC, for 9 months.
