Italy in the fall...
Join us in this
beautiful medieval city on the Adige River for an atmosphere of relaxation and
self-discovery. Warning: Inspirational and memorable experiences are ahead.
Your adventure will
include sight-seeing tours both in Verona and outside of the city and a writing workshop. What better
place to write than in the place made famous by Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet! Prior writing experience isn't required. The goals of this retreat are somewhat open-ended, with
attendees able to choose what they want to get out of the experience.
Your adventure will
include the following:
- Lodging in the beautiful Hotel
Torcolo, located in the historic city center
- Breakfast, Monday - Friday
- Welcome Dinner - Sunday
- Verona Card (provides free
admission to various attractions and also use of the AMT public transport

- One-day excursion outside of
the city. This includes transportation and admission fees to see:
- Sirimione, located on Lake
Garda and including Castle Scalinger

medieval walled village
- A wine tasting of Bardolino
wine in a family-run winery
- Writing workshop, including
your own journal, pen and map of the city
- 1-on-1 coaching session with
Bob on the topic(s) of your choice
There will also be scheduled
free time so you can stroll around Verona and explore on your own.
The retreat will be
instructional, but what you get out of it is really up to you. Some possibilities
- Get in better touch with
who you are

the trip to be able to relive that or share it with a loved one
