Hot Air Balloon Fest and Backroads of Shasta Valley, CA

The Montague Air Balloon Festival is in the beautiful Shasta Valley. We'll arrive 20 minutes before the sunrise ascension and photograph the balloons as they are prepared for take off and then the ascension itself. After they're up and following the morning wind patterns, we'll explore the remote Shasta Valley backroads that Lewis Anderson (co-tour leader) and I often return to, all in the shadow of Mount Shasta. Included will be a stop at one of the Valley's gems, Little Shasta Church.  Lewis and I are intent on being available as much as possible. We ask that you have a working knowledge of your camera so we can focus on the Festival and landscape.  Two weeks after our Photo Tour we'll have a complementary follow up session to share and discuss work we took.
