Whether you are a beginner to kashrut observance or a seasoned veteran of keeping kosher, this is the class for you. 

 

 

 

 

 

In today’s world, the educated kosher consumer must delve into basics of both yoreh deah (the complex ritual laws of kashrut) as well as have an understanding of modern food technology and the kashrut industry’s involvement in that world. 

 

 

 

 

 

This three part series taught by Rabbi Daniel Alter will cover all of the above, focusing on keeping a kosher kitchen as well as shopping for a kosher kitchen.

 

 

 

 

 

The class meets January 27th, February 3rd, and February 10th  at 7:30pm at DAT.
