About the workshop:
The 3rd annual European workshop on Computer-Aided Qualitative Research 2010 will be held on the 7 & 8 October 2010 in Lisbon. This international workshop will be co-organised by Lisbon University Institute (ISTCE-IUL). The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers, practitioners and trainers to discuss the key challenges and opportunities of advancing qualitative research using software.
Workshop format:
To encourage maximum interaction and development of knowledge and ideas during the conference, we have limited the number of participants to a maximum of 50. The workshop format will consist of submitted (reviewed) presentations, invited speeches as well as interactive discussion sessions. As with past events, this workshop will provide excellent opportunities for participants to network with peers.
Digital proceedings and journal publications:
In our effort to reduce our carbon footprint, all conference proceedings will be digitised into PDF. All registered attendees will be able to download a copy of the proceedings one week before the conference. To maximise your learning experience, we encourage you to read through the proceedings before attending the workshop.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to discuss best practices with your peers in a friendly, fun and informal networking environment. This two-day workshop includes refreshments and lunches on both days. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the registration fee. As seats are limited, we encourage you to book your place early to avoid disappointment! |
