FAQs
What do I get with an Advance Ticket?
* A much shorter and faster line
* Guaranteed entry before midnight
* Save five dollars on every ticket you buy
* First Access to Steve Aoki (August 14th)
(You'll be added to a list and you'll receive FIRST access to buying Steve Aoki Tickets before they go out to the general public.)
What time are doors?
Doors open at 10 pm.
Which line do I get in?
Look for the "Will Call" signs when you arrive at the venue.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can buy as many as you want, but only one at a time. Every person who arrives with an advanced ticket must have a print out.
What if I lose my printed ticket? And, if I have problems printing out my ticket can I still get in?
Don't worry, we know stuff like this happens. Yes you can get in. Your name will be on a list, but it is much easier and faster to bring a print out. If your name is not on the "Advance Purchased Tickets List" and you don't have a printed ticket you will have to purchase a ticket at the venue. There will be limited tickets available for purchase at the door.
What payment options do you accept?
For Advance Tickets: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Tickets purchased at the door are cash only.
Will there be tickets available at the door if my friends don't buy advanced tickets?
Yes, but they will have to wait in a separate line, so if waiting in line and getting in at the same time with your friends is important, you should all plan on getting Advance Tickets together or plan on waiting in line at the Door together .
Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
If your ticket is counterfeited only the first people to show up with tickets will be admitted entry (the only way for someone to counterfeit your ticket is if you give it to them so be careful with your ticket once you have it.)
How early can I get in line?
As early as you like. Friends are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes (or more) before doors open (10 pm) if they want to get in as fast as possible.
What if my friends don't have advance tickets?
They will have to get in the General Admission line and purchase tickets at the venue. There will be tickets available for purchase at the door.
