INNOVATION

JOIN US for the 9th Annual Wisconsin Charter Schools Conference.  This conference is open to everyone.  It is a great opportunity for ALL schools to learn about the innovation occuring in our public schools.

Charter Schools provide a choice in education for Wisconsin's families and help Wisconsin's public schools system improve the quality of education for ALL students with innovative curriculums.

Keynote Speakers include Curt Johnson, co-author of Disrupting Class,  James Paul Gee, Mary Lou Fulton Presidential Professor of Literacy Studies at the Arizona State University and Elizabeth Burmaster, State Superintendent of Public Instruction.

The 2009 Charter Schools Conference will host mini-conferences that will benefit all schools.  The mini-conferences are an opportunity to learn about the innovation taking place in classrooms, network among peers and bring the experience back to your school.  Separate sessions will also be available to attendees.

Mini-Conferences offered at the 2009 Wisconsin Charter Schools Conference.  Please select a mini-conference.  Your selection will help us determine space availability in a mini-conference:

2.    Digital Technology, Games and Learning
3.    Innovative Teaching
4.    School Performance
5.    Charter School Governance and Business

Registration includes all conference sessions, materials, continental breakfast, lunch and reception April 20-21.
You can also mail in your registration form with a Purchase Order Number or check payable to WCSA and mailed to P.O. Box 1704, Madison, WI 53701.
