3rd Annual Evidence-based Complementary & Alternative Cancer Therapies conference
The Annie Appleseed Project, premier resource for ten years on Complementary/Alternative (CAM) for Cancer from the patient perspective, is delighted to offer its third annual educational conference
Attendees learn to understand the evidence behind CAM enabling more informed and wise decision-making. Practitioners learn ways to help their patients make more informed and confident choices. Patients and their advocates meet others who have used complementary or alternative modalities. People learn how to make healthy lifestyle choices that are of value before, during and after treatments, and into long-term survivorship.
Information will be offered on a variety of CAM protocols useful for all types and stages of cancer, including prevention.
Speakers come from many different backgrounds including MDs, NDs, RNs, PhDs, Acupuncturists/Doctors of Oriental Medicine, DCs, and the patient/advocate community.
There will be an exhibit hall, a Silent Auction, and giveaway bags filled with $50-80 worth of samples (nutritional supplements, personal care products, etc.), plus useful information.
We suggest you reserve your space early. Meeting hotel has a free shuttle from the Palm Beach International Airport.
