  Which pairing will you prefer?
On Tuesday, April 6, Edible magazines will stage its second installment of the cocktail celebration called Good Spirits, at the Bell House. (To see a recap of the inaugural Good Spirits, go here.)
Here's the deal: Mixology-minded chefs from the tastiest boro will strive for liquid symbiosis, cooking up perfect pairings for cocktails made with storied spirits. We'll be pouring Empire State favorites like Tuthilltown Spirits and Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery, as well as small batch selections from Vertical Vodka, Chartreuse and Illegal Mexcal.
The Vanderbuilt, No. 7, James, Walter Foods, The Farm on Adderley and Palo Santo are confirmed to prepare food.
Stay tuned for more details, including who will be our special guest bartender providing bite-by-sip commentary. We can't wait to taste the pairings they're preparing.
