Learn the fundamentals of MovNat from MovNat Team Instructor Amy Heidbreder
In the 1 day fundamental workshop you will learn the philosophy of MovNat and the fundamental drills used by the MovNat coaching system. Items covered include adaptive training and why traditional training can be lacking, the need for control in movement instead of just strength, kinesthetic awareness, breathing, posture, and how to move safely and efficiently while running, jumping, lifting, carrying, climbing, and crawling.
In addition to locomotive skills, human beings also utilize manipulative skills including 8 lifting, 9) carrying, 10) throwing, and 11) catching, and combative skills, such as 12) striking or 13) grappling.
The MovNat 1 day fundamental workshop does NOT cover swimming or Combatives. Also, the running portion is brief, because many are NOT ready for much volume of running.
