Types of Vendors (Please choose the type of vendor that best describes your product or service. Categories will be verified for accuracy.
Original Art/Craft: Art created by you, the artist.
Services for Sale: Massage, Henna, Fortune Teller - service must be provided at booth.
Commercial Goods, Services & Imports: Commercial goods and services. Goods produced via multi-person manufacturing and goods from outside the U.S.Food: Food vendors must have a temporary restaurant license, proof of insurance, be prepared to undergo a health inspection on site and provide 10 meal tickets to Alberta Main Street.
Non-Profit: Within two weeks of registering, send proof of nonprofit status to (fax) 503-688-1325 or email: email@example.com. If we don't receive this documentation we will cancel your registration.
Information: Information sharing, no sales.
Retail: Products for sale that directly benefit your nonprofit organization.
Food: Food items for sale that directly benefit your nonprofit organization.
No Booth Booth: ~4' x 4' space, no canopy allowed. Limited to buskers, balloon artists, caricaturists, etc.
Shared Booth: For two different vendors sharing one booth space. Each vendor must display a vendor permit.
We reserve the right to refuse vendors or to set limits on how many types of one vendor will be allowed. If we do not accept your reservation, your vendor payment will be refunded.
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of your online reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received prior to July 15, 2014 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received after July 15, 2014 are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of rain, the fair will go on! No refunds will be made due to bad weather or force majeure. Force Majeure: No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its
obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire,
flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), Acts of God,
Acts of War, dispute strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or
Location of Your Booth: Due to the size of this event and the number of vendors involved, we cannot accept requests for specific spots or intersections. However, this year we will again sell a limited number of spaces within specific 3-4 block locations with an additional fee.
We will make every effort to assign booth numbers at least one week prior to Alberta Street Fair.

Keep Your Registration Confirmation Once you register, you will receive an automatic email from the registration system. Please keep this email - it contains important event information and verification that you are registered.
