This seminar will equip each local church to live out their purpose of love through a focused strategy. When your messaging is focused, it will be consistent. A consistent message will begin to break down the dichotomy between perception and reality.

This one day seminar will be a soul-searching time of discovering the truth (the good, the bad, and the ugly) about who you are as a local church community and how communicating that truth to the outside world will bring cohesion between what people think about you and what they experience when then encounter your church. This is the essential starting point for dealing with issues of growth, engagement, assimilation, and significance.

The seminar will provide a morning of education as you learn about the importance of your local church knowing what your identity is. The messages you are sending to your people and to your community about what you believe God’s is calling your church to be might not be the messages they are receiving.

The seminar is not simply informational but practical as well. The afternoon will be spent first in discussion as we help give you the tools to discover what makes your church body unique, and then we will begin to build a strategy that is centered on the gifts and strengths your church community possesses.

Don’t just be another church that blends together with all other churches. The beauty of the church is that each is made as uniquely as the people who call it home.
