Dr. Michael Hartman is a Professor of Exercise and Rehabilitative Sciences and Coach at BlackBox Strength
& Conditioning. He has previously worked as a Sports Science Research Assistant at the US Olympic
Training Center where he was a member of the inaugural USA Weightlifting Performance Enhancement
Team. Dr. Hartman is the co-author (along with Dr. Lon Kilgore and Justin Lascek) of FIT and maintains
DoctorHartmanBlog.com, where he publishes information related to training for the sport of Olympic
Weightlifiting and Overtraining & Recovery.
