District Convention & Contests!
ALL individuals attending the Convention must purchase a Registration. Yes, that includes friends, family, and local visitors.
The Events for the District Convention are: - Friday Evening Quartet Semi-Finals Contest - Saturday Morning/Afternoon Chorus Finals Contest - Saturday Evening Quartet Finals Contest & Show of Champions

Registrations are available for "All-Events" and also for "Single Events." Single Events Registrations are only available for non-competitors.
Each individual attending the convention must register for the CONVENTION...this gets you a badge. Badges must be presented to appear on stage, or enter the auditorium as a spectator. The only fee you will be charged is the fee to attend the Convention, there is no fee for competing.

4:00 PM - NED Shed open for sales
6:00 PM - Performing Arts Center opens for seating
6:30 PM - District Quartet Semi-Finals Contest, Seniors District Quartet Finals Contest,
and Seniors Quartet Prelims Contest (for qualification to the Mid-Winter Convention
International Seniors Quartet Contest)
Quartet Evaluations to follow contest (Courtyard Marriott, 2nd Floor)

Processing fees are fees that are paid to the website producer and the cc processing. In most cases we rounded up to add a small cushion to the NED, but these fees can be avoided by registering with your chapter.

There is no real "HQ" hotel as none of the hotels have enough room to house us all. The Portland Chapter will be hosting a hospitality ballroom at the Wyndham. The Courtyard By Marriott, and The Homewood Suites are walking distance from one another, so partygoers may find the most activity by being able to walk back and forth between those 2 hotels.

Before registering online, check with your chapter to do a group registration. If you submit the form found at www.nedistrict.org, and send a single check, processing fees will be waived.
