This workshop is open to medical professionals, researchers, supporting personnel, industry partners, and investors; admission to the workshop is by application only.
For each attendee, please fill out the name, title, affiliation, and a brief summary of the attendees’ interest in admission and relevant background. You are encouraged to include links to academic or professional pages.
Separately, you have the opportunity to submit a resume to supplement the short paragraph. Please send to email@example.com with the subject line below.
