Spring has sprung and so have the lambs! Slow Food Austin invites you to an educational tour with Amy and Shaun Jones, to see their flock of Gulf Coast sheep– a heritage breed from the Slow Food Ark of Taste project. The afternoon will include a walking tour, sheering demonstration, and information on a shepherd's year and day-to-day life on the farm. All proceeds from your ticket purchase go entirely back to the farmer; guests leave with a package of fresh lamb– buy now, space is limited.
