The fast-paced, ruthless competition will feature question categories on food history, cheese, pop culture, alcohol, food artisanry, and foodie trends. Enjoy exceptionally toothsome treats from some of Austin's best local restaurants, cocktail specials, and a half-time event starring champion butcher Bryan Butler of Salt & Time. Bryan will break down a pig carcass and the cuts will be auctioned off in true Texas style.
