This hands-on workshop will begin with an introductory talk and pickle tasting. Then we divulge all of our secrets on how to get the right texture and flavor in your pickles. Next, we cook!
Our recipes are easy to follow and we will teach you how to keep it safe and delicious. All techniques learned can be transferred to other pickle varieties too.

Seasonal Garden Bouquet
Sweet and Sour Shallots
Kimchi
You'll also go home with a Pickling Kit with Tools, Spices and Recipes
This class is hands-on.
We will be serving light appetizers and beverages.
