Stoked Sessions LA is an art show and fundraiser for Stoked Mentoring in Los Angeles. Stoked teams up with the best artists in action sports, street and fine art to produce original pieces and 100% of the sales proceeds benefit Stoked Mentoring.

The Art: Original Work. Dimensions: 10" x 10". Variety of mediums and materials. All artwork will start at $75 and up.

The Venue: Upper Playground (www.upperplayground.com), the pioneering streetwear company that has grown into an international lifestyle brand, has a string of boutiques and gallery space on the edge of Skid Row. The event will take place in Downtown Los Angeles, close to the community served by Stoked Mentoring LA.

Stoked Mentoring: Co-founded in 2005 by Steve Larosiliere and Sal Masekela, Stoked Mentoring is a unique nonprofit organization based in New York and Los Angeles that provides innovative mentoring programs exposing “at risk” youth and their mentors to action sports. These activities are used as a means to develop and foster resiliency, determination and success. Through hands-on partnerships with social service agencies, Stoked presents and oversees several programs annually including Snow Mentor, Skate Mentor and Surf Mentor.
