Eventbee collects base profile information and stores in DB to help users in case of any issues.

However, when users decide to stop using Eventbee Facebook App, they may send an email to support@eventbee.com to remove all that collected information.

On receiving deletion request, our service team will review the case and after making sure that there are no pending activities involving app, will send an email with a confirmation link to user registered account email address on record.

On succesful validation, will remove all sensitive data within 5 business days.

After deletion, users will not be able to get access to any old data related to app activity.

An email will be sent notifying the deletion.
